These folks are fantastic. Finding a vet for our three dogs after moving during the pandemic has been challenging, to say the least, but they took our puggle for some dental work without us being previous patients. The vets and techs have all been great, answered questions, and have been super helpful.

Love this professional and polite vet! All the staff was so knowledgeable and courteous with my wife, myself, and our new pup. The vet explained everything in detail of our pup’s upcoming surgery and made sure we knew all the aftercare that we should expect. Zero issues after surgery and now 2 months later our happy Malinois is 100%! Great place and look forward to any future vet visits.

Very happy with the service my dogs have received here. Ava, my tubby German Shepherd developed a limp as well as some lost fur on her elbows. The front desk personnel were very helpful getting her scheduled, and Dr. Slater quickly figured out my pooch has arthritis. After a round of prescribed meds, I was amazed to see how happy my dog was running around again, and her skin cleared up. This is the first vet I’ve felt comfortable with in a long time, as they weren’t pushy with “recommended” services. That, coupled with the way Dr. Slater took the time to explain things to me and seemed to genuinely care about my pets well being says it all.

Dr. Baratt, the front desk staff, and all the others I met were just wonderful. My buddy had a root canal/crown put on his back tooth. They took care of my buddy so well and kept me updated all day. If I lived closer to them I would 100% bring all my animals here! Such a nice group of people here that loved my dog and I fully trust them ☺️ Thank you Salem Valley!!!

Our kitty feels comfortable here. Yes, most cats don’t like shots and getting their ears cleaned, however, Gus takes it in stride because I believe he doesn’t fear these folks. The techs and docs spend the time to listen and explain.
